Room phone didnt work, no kleenex, no coffee, and toilet ran all night & overflowed in the morning. Used my cell phone to call front desk bc room phone was not working even though it was plugged in—Staff came with a plunger, but bathroom was flooded so they just gave us a key to the next-door room to use that bathroom.

Only 2 towels when we reserved for 3 people. When I requested a third towel I was told I would have to wait for the maid later the day we were leaving. Also not happy with the provided breakfast. Gravy was nasty, orange juice was over diluted Tang.
