As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the front desk, with a smile, we felt very welcomed. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

I guess what I didn't like the most was we had to ask for some clean towels the next day.

The room was never cleaned. The beds were not made, the trash was never emptied and the only way to get cleaned towels was you had to go to the front desks to ask for them. The room and TV looked like it hadn't been dusted in months.
