I was given a handicap room with a broken shower head. I had to go and complain to the front desk about the shower. They moved me to another room. The room rate was not worth it

The front desk staff, Maranda was really nice. She greeted me with a smile.

The bathroom was not clean. I cleaned it myself because it was late when I checked in and I knew housekeeping was not available. The next morning the housekeeping staff was unnecessarily loud. I was at the end of the hall and I could hear them in the middle of the hall.

I could not get the staff to clean the room; the beds were made ok. The trash can was dirty, the trash bag was not inserted in the can. Room only was vacuumed on e and that was after complaining 3 days!
The food was below standard— cheap. Good coffee. Kitchen was dirty and I saw food being put back after guests had meals.
