The lady up front when we first arrived was supper nice.The breakfast was really good

Our room was not clean. The walls were gross. Definitely need some major cleaning. Couldnt even see in the mirror hanging in the room. Could tell the fridge hadnt been wiped down. Kitchen part could use some update. The smell was the first thing we all noticed. Weve definitely stayed at way better but the beds were comfy and the staff were great.

When I attempted to check in at designated time at 3:00pm, room was NOT ready and I was told to come back in an hour. Woken up TWICE by staff before checkout at 11am next day even though had privacy notice on door!

The hotel smelled awful. The fist room they put us in had holes in the walls. The 2nd room we got smelled like urine. By the far the worst experience Ive had at any hotel
