I had requested a room on the ground floor a month ahead of time due to bad back bilateral hips knee problems and COPD. They put me up on 4th floor and the end of the hallway. I have an ESA dog that requires taken out to potty so very difficult for me to walk from end of hallway to elevator and then outside due to my health issues. Was very unhappy.

Perfect location only a few miles from Ole Miss campus. Front desk staff was welcoming. The property is very nice and well maintained. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The gym was clean and well equipped. The property looks exactly like the pictures online. Overall experience was great!
They also have an option to check-in and obtain your digital key through the app. I didn't utilize this because I saw the email after I checked in. Nice option though.
