I asked for a handicap accessible room as I was traveling with my 88 year old mother. No showers were available and there were no grab bars in the tub. Im not certain what made the room handicap accessible other than the buzzer and plaque.

Positives:
Desk clerk at check in was very nice and helpful
The lobby and main area was very clean and nice decor

Restaurant was very good and great value.
Negatives:
Used toilet paper in bathroom upon check in
Pillows were flat and when asked for different ones desk person
was very rude and used profanity. Conditioner container in shower was empty.

Love the location and the property itself with a convenient restaurant inside and access to other eateries in the area including the hospital across the street
Negatives:
Who the h' decided to schedule an AA convention on the same weekend as Thanksgiving? Parking was horrible and only one elevator was working for guests. It was louder than normal with some of the guests. Some looked downright shady and it was not as great a stay as I'm accustomed to. I will definitely check to see what events are there or just pay more in Biloxi because it was a bit ridiculous this time around.
