Positives:
Great location to stop for a night during the drive to our final destination. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was great for my family (1 king bed in separate room, 2 queen beds in main room area) with the typical mini fridge and small coffee maker. Breakfast was good with lots of options, both hot and cold items. Staff was friendly. The price was definitely a bonus for all of us to stay (3 adults and 3 kids - ages 15, 6 and 4) and pet friendly for my 2 small dogs.
Negatives:
The bed wasn’t all that comfortable, I thought it was a bit hard to sleep on. The room definitely had some wear and tear areas — the toilet handle needed to be adjusted a couple times in order to flush correctly and then stop running, and there was some damage to the bottom of bathroom door — but nothing too major.

The room smelled like my old college apartment that had a smoker as the previous tenant. Pretty sure all of my clothes I wore to the conference smelled like that room. The grounds were not maintained and people congregated at the main entrance to smoke.

The hotel is run down and filthy. Very long check in, room was terrible, so they moved us. We still were not satisfied and left. They promptly issued a refund.
