The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, smelled good, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was great!

There is not a lot of sound suppression in the walls or floors, so it gets noisy when those above you or next to you are boisterous and loud.

The reception staff is both lazy and rude. She does not even care while guests are waiting at desk. she is engaging in conversation with someone in the cafeteria. She is showing very attitude and does not qualify for reception job.
