When checking in the lady at the desk charged me 179.29. I told her it was reserved for 129.29. She replied that the 50 dollars would go back on my credit card that it was a charge for holding the room. I checked my card statement and have been charged 179.29 and another charge of 129.29. A total of 308.58. This is unacceptable.
