Positives: Great location

Negatives: Staff was normally missing at the front desk. Our room was not cleaned daily. We asked for clean towels several times before receiving them. Not all of the outlets worked in the room. The bathtub didn’t drain well. The was no hot breakfast on out 2nd and 3rd day.

Negatives: My room was not cleaned during a multiple night stay. I had to take out my trash and go down for towels

Negatives: The pool was not heated, this was the main reason we booked here. I was there for 4 days. 3 nights. Housekeeping never came. Tge trash by tge elevator was not emptied out entire stay, it just kept piling up
