The Hotel has a nice modern look.
There was no hair dryer in the room. Took 2 days to get it. Took 2 days to get additional towels. No microwave in the room. Had to request getting the bed made. Had to walk to front desk for tissue paper!
The person who was at the front desk was so friendly.
Bathroom was a little small.
Service was wonderful. Staff was very helpful in offering restaurant ideas and answers to our questions. Beautiful hotel and location.
The facility was nice and well located, the staff was helpful.
The toilet was broken, you had to manually adjust the handle or it would keep running. The sheets had holes in them and were dingy. The toilet paper holder was broken and the roll feel on the floor. No coffee in the lobby for guest. No fresh towels@6:0
When we got there to check in, no one was at the desk we had to wait an extender time to check in. The elevators were dirty. The room was not clean. We found empty alcohol bottles under the bed. There were stains on the sheets for the fold out couch.
The room was spacious and it fir our family perfectly.
Our room was not ready at check in and we waited 2 hours to get into the room which made us late for the event we had come for. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and aimed spots of mold in the tile of the shower.
The location was convenient.
The hotel was filthy, from the hallways to the rooms. The bathroom was disgusting, the floor looked like it had not been swept. The sink had hair in it. The breakfast was yogurt and granola bars. I would advise everyone to skip this place.

Checked in at 6:15 and the room was not ready; had to wait an hour and a half before giving a key. Cleaning crew on the elevator with cleaning supplies

Very bad odor in the lobby both days. Nothing available fir what they called grab and take breakfast. We selected this hotel bc of the breakfast.
Hotel employee was friendly and helpful when we checked in. Building was attractive, and lobby was neat and clean.
Breakfast was really only light snacks. Not as advertised. Time to stop using the COVID excuse for cutting numerous corners. Our ice bucket had a puddle of water in it. Several ice machines didn't work. Coffee in lobby not available several times.
Leaving. I stayed 10 min and left after I saw how very unkept it was.
Hated everything. It was nasty.
I liked the location best about the hotel.
There were several things I did not like about the hotel. My key did not work on the entry doors. The front door was broken. My bathroom was not clean. There was food and chips on the floor in front of my door. The front lobby was used as a hangout.
