Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We got a room right beside the elevator, so I initially worried that would mean a lot of noise. However, there was no issue. I have no complaints.

The staff and location are amazing and have always been when I have stayed there.
Negatives:
The hotel could use an update... The furniture we had in our 2 bedroom suite was visibly soiled from use/overuse, so much so that we did not sit or lay on it the day we were there. This was a big surprise given the consistency/quality typical of Marriott.

The location is beautiful with a lake in front of the hotel. We took a leisurely stroll around the lake. It was enjoy peaceful and we enjoyed our walk.
Negatives:
When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel front desk clerk could not find evidence that we had paid for our reservations in advance. We ended up paying twice and that had to be straightened out before we checked out. The person who was working the front desk is fairly new. The hotel manager assisted the clerk in rectifying the situation.
