The location was fine, as we've used this place a few times before.
Negatives:
Our room we were given was dirty/gross. The tub was constantly leaking water, and it wouldn't turn off. There were scratched words into the door. There was a big splash of something under the desk. We also saw living roaches running around in the room. The main light switch wasn't working.

Whole place was rundown from vagrants living in carpark ,to large groups sharing 1 room looked like a waiting room for immigrants wanting asylum. Over charged for room wouldn't suggest staying there until change of management and maintenance started and completed. Also the smell was awful in the room needed air fresheners on air con to hide it didn't work.

Staff were friendly and the wifi was ok but that’s about as good as it got. When we arrived, tha room had recently been cleaned but the bathroom floor was still wet, so my wife used some tissue to dry it. See pictures to see the dirt she wiped off. The are outside the room smelled of urine, the breakfast was poor and the public health certificate was EIGHT YEARS out of date. Go there if you like but we won’t be returning.
