The fountain was really pretty and unexpected. The lady who checked me in was very nice.

This isn't the fault of the hotel, but there was a shooting and a foot chase by the police right outside the hotel. This isn't a great area.

Booked a nonrefundable hotel room. When I got to the hotel, she asked me if I had a pet suddenly there’s a pet and a sign on the wall saying I owe for that despite the fact that the rate I booked said it was the total fare including all taxes and fees. She also asked me to give her $100 cash which I refused to do. Place wasn’t clean. Won’t be back

They cleaned the room everyday, booking online we had no issues checking in. The lady was kind that checked us in. There was no dope heads hanging around and no un supervised kids running about
