Negatives: the staff was causing me problems he was very rude

Negatives: A little outdated.

Negatives: We mostly liked it but our particular room was ground level and when we opened up the drapes our view was 4 a/c units and a brick wall, So try not to get Room 118 if you want a better view. It would be nice if they had a microwave in the kitchen/dining area so you could heat up your instant oatmeal, etc. They do have hot water but my husband likes to mix his with milk. He did ask and they took it back into a kitchen where a lady did warm it up for him. There is a microwave in each room though. We had a hard time finding the right road to get to our actual hotel until we finally got used it, Roads were quite bumpy around the hotel complex,

Negatives: Need more parking and entrance doors.

Negatives: The coffee maker didnt work, the bathroom door sticks and hard to open and close. Black bug spots on the walls of the bathroom and spider Webb in the bed area. The light was out in the room when I arrived,, I stepped on nails when I open the door because someone knocked on the door and the rug was worn and torn. I was told I would receive my deposit (65.00) which I have not received . I called the hotel to see if I would be able to watch the fight that Saturday and was told I couldthis was not true. This was one of my main purpose for staying thereI didnt learn about it until the night of the fightI asked if I was able to get an government rate for the extended day, as the employee was checking, her manager called her and told her to tell me no. I then asked about the Aaa rate and was told she didnt see it in the system. As I was checking out that Tuesday, I heard the employee explaining that another customer was complaining about his government rate wasnt the same. I comforted the same manager and she told me that some day are blocked, and this was not told to me at my initial check in. They were more professional to the other race. Danielle responded to me with an attitude and as I walked away she asked if she did something wrong, if she had to ask, she know she was wrong. My guest complained about the room as well. It was not worth the 249.00 per night.

Negatives: BEWARE this place doesn't have a free shuttle bus to Memphis airport on weekends only Monday to Friday.???? Being in Mississippi it is almost impossible to find a cab service to or from Downtown Memphis. Girl on front counter had not a clue about anything looks like she was still at school.

Negatives: The room's only window faced a wall, no view what so ever. Failed to disclose that they did not clean the room unless you stayed for three nights, overcharged me for the room

Negatives: Sunday breakfast not good at all. Not supplied well. Can down early not much to eat. Alot of empty places to put food, but nothing in it .
