Positives: The pool & hot tub were up and running so we got to enjoy that. Breakfast in the morning was good. Bar drinks were nice & strong. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: The thermostat in our room did not work so we could not control the heat or air conditioning in our room. Thankfully it didnt become an issue as it was a nice day.

Positives: The hotel was very nice.

Negatives: There was no complementary breakfast with our room. We tried three times to check in early but were told no. Check-in was at 3 p.m. at about 4 p.m. they called us and asked if we would give up our room for accommodations across the road. I said no.

Positives: I love the location. The staff were all friendly. It was nice having a bar to sit at in the hotel. Katherine, the bartender is the absolute best and friendliest! I am a bartender myself and I love her! She got to know all of our names...made great conversations, and was super sweet to all of us but especially to my son who was graduating from MSU. She seemed as proud as we were. I love that she took interest in all of us. We love Katherine! The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and kind. The ladies cleaning the rooms were also great! We got greetings from all employees every time we passed anyone. Highly recommend this place.
