Towels had foreign substances. Disgusting. Also, old towels left on the safe from previous people. Long hairs on sheets. Half of the lights/electrical outlets in the room didn't work.

Arrived to messed up reservations, booked king suite online for 8, got there, checked in, got kids luggage up to the room. When my husband took the kids to swim, they said only my husband & I could stay in that room. I went down told them i booked for all of us. THEY SAID THAT HAPPENES ALL THE TIME, THEY DONT KNOW WHY... BUT we could stay but the kids couldnt unless we got another room. We are traveling, cant get a refund so we had no other choice to get another room. This same thing happened to another family that was there at the same time as us. The hotel was nasty, roaches, laundry machine didn't work (very nasty), staff knew yet no out of order signs were put up. We had a friend to come visit & was going to swim with us, they refused to allow her to swim because she wasn't a guest. The breakfast was little frozen sausage biscuits, waffles, cereal. I could go on, but I'll leave it as.... This was a horrible experience, we will not be going back!
