Negatives: I was very unhappy that my initial reservation was cancelled - I was on the road when the first agent called and did not leave a voicemail. At 6:30 when I saw the second call I called back at 6:40 and the front desk told me it was already cancelled.

Negatives: The room was horrible. Dust everywhere floors made my socks brown. We found used tissues in the drawer. They wanted us to talk to housekeeping but they didnÂ't get there till nine. The continental breakfast was just a breakfast sandwich wrapped in foil.

Negatives: Water in shower was not very hot . Need to do more about breakfast some places are doing things differently but they are doing it. DonÂ't advertise free breakfast if you donÂ't have it .

Negatives: Our appliances were unplugged so my water was hot the next morning. It was pet friendly. I wasn't aware of that. It's not a preference of mine. I won't be choosing to stay here again.

Positives: The front desk clerk was great the room was absolutely filthy for a pandemic my son had emergency surgery there was all over the floor the bed and pillows the desk clerk was there and brought clean bedsheets I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies

Negatives: I've never had any issues until my last stay. The room was clean until I lifted the toilet. House keeping did not do a good job. I reported this to front desk. Other than this it was a good stay.
