Room is pet friendly..we appreciate that...but it REALLY SMELLED LIKE DOG in the room. The wonderful housekeeping staff,Tae, sprayed it for us and even brought another chair in when the one we had was broken.Nice girl.The pillows were old and worn out!!

I liked that it was available last-minute.

The elevator was out, the room furnishings were worn and out-of-date, the air conditioning unit was extremely old and difficult to control. The walls were thin and/or lacked insulation so we could hear all the plumbing all night.

It wasnt clean.We asked for new linen because we found hair and it did not looked changed.Mattress pads and pillows were stained. The bathroom floor was dirty. The elevator did not work on either days of our stay so we carried everything to 3rd floor.

The kindest most effficient front desk staff and housekeeping.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Ants in the bathroom. The floor needed to be vacuumed better because I could see some items on the floor that needed to be picked up. The mattress felt like it needed to be replaced.
