Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Very clean and modern. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. The kitchen and sleeping areas were also very roomy. Good lighting.
Negatives:
Charged $75 for a pet dog for one night. We stayed eight nights total at three different hotels on this trip. Seven nights at two different Drury Inns that advertised $50 per night for pets but waived the pet fee (no we did not sneak the little dog in!)
Only two handicap parking spots at the front. We found two more handicap spots at the back door but the back door locked when closed and the key card slot didn't work to unlock the back door to get back in the hotel.

Positives:
The location was good, easy to get in and out. The bed was comfortable, room was large. AC worked good.
Negatives:
The bathroom was clean but not real clean. The coffee pot was dirty, had to wash it before using. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, we had no ice, no ice machine available. No breakfast offered. Holiday Inn is better for a little more money.

The first room i went in the tub was full of dirt and hair! The second room the refrigerator still had food in it! The third room the tub was full of dirt. The front desk clerk checked all the room and i took videos for proof. I spoke with the on site manager who lied to me like she were going to make contact with me about the issue but did not! At check the clerk tells me i had a balance and im like no that cant be when its been taking out my account. She makes contact with the same manager that was suppose to contact me, and she walk her through the process of correcting my balance to zero.
