We had no bath towels and when I went to the desk all I got were hand towels! Said their truck wasnÂ't unloaded. They could have given me some from a room not rented as the hotel was not full at all. Hard to dry off from a shower with hand towels!

Hotel was nice and room. But hallways had a stank odor.

I disliked the hotel because in our time of need they would not extend our stay. I had my 9 month grand baby with me so we had to sit in car until the next hotel was ready. We were in hotel due Hurricane Ida.

Our toilet didnÂ't really flush correctly. The room had a musty smell when we checked in. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The TVÂ's picture was like watching shadows.

Needs a little deeper cleaning - like walls with splatters, scuff marks. Breakfast needs yogurt, cereal. Staff was business like, but not friendly and welcoming. Update tv to satellite. Was told I had a deluxe queen room, but didn't.
