The location for the Red roof inn was perfect. The staff was Nice and helpful. My room was in a good area. And the price was good.
Negatives:
The issues that I had was I booked a smoked free room and the room smelled like smoke. The sheets was not clean and the bathroom was not clean.

I reserved a room with the jacuzzi tub in it and the jacuzzi didn't work and there wasn't anyone to fix it. The door to my room didn't shut properly and housekeeping was just rude. I asked for extra towels and they insisted that they couldn't give me extra towels
