Positives: location and price

Negatives: being renovated- not ready for paying guests- hot hallways- Sheetrock dust and footprints all over hallway- busted (cracked) bathroom door and cracked room door- broken toilet handle arm inside tank- no coffee maker- did not get handicapped room, didn’t get rooms close together as requested- got a call from Red Roof at 7:30 pm saying our rooms should be cancelled because we didn’t arrive at 3 pm checking according to booking.com and we were never told of this policy

Positives: The location and price was great. The one staff member we saw was nice. We’ve always had great luck using Red Roof in the past. This location just wasn’t up to par with how Red Roof generally is.

Negatives: The hotel was like a sauna extremely hot in the halls. The carpet in the hall to our room was soaking wet which we ended up tracking into our room. The mattress was to small for the frame so metal was sticking out. Not to mention the thinnest and hardest mattress. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or Kleenex and the tub was kinda dirty. So we didn’t use it and ended up getting up early to hurry up and leave.
