Everything was good. Unfortunately we had bad weather and the power went out. So, we didn't get to exactly enjoy our full stay.

The breakfast was delicious. All the staff was so nice too.

Really, the only bad thing was the water heater for the pool was broken so the pool was so cold. We did not get in.

No towels, room air conditioner not working staff did not seem concerned to help with this. I was informed they would submit a maintenance request once I?m checked out.
I asked for a different room and staff informed me ( overnight staff) they would look

We booked it for the hot tub but it was broken which was kinda disappointing! It wouldve been nice if we were told that when we booked. The front desk gentleman was hard to understand (limited English).
