The lobby air conditioning wasn't working. The first room I was put in smelled so badly of car pee I had to be moved. The halls were hot & muggy and kids ran up and down the hall all night. The building looked very nice and clean on the outside but the inside did not match. I will not return.

No service was provided no towels no emptying trash, asked for towels or how to get any from front desk no answer on if housekeeping would bring or if I need to come get them. Breakfast first morning was amazing second morning there was nothing left and front desk was not helping the girl in charge of the breakfast area. Just kinda standing around looking at her, but not actively helping.
Negatives:
Housekeeping did not happen at all.
No change of linen, no making bed no towels or washcloths and we stayed 2 nights with a whirlpool.

The price and the pool were nice loved they had a kiddie pool! Especially with a toddler in tow

The breakfast. Was lacking, while there was plenty of options, the food was cold or bland. That could use improving.
The only downside to the pool when we asked for more towels (3 women with long hair) we were asked didnt you get some already. Thought it was kinda rude

I had a amazing experience the staff was so friendly and helpful! The entire stay all I saw was staff cleaning, and repairs being done to the hotel which made me feel no worries about cleanliness, definitely will be staying again if I'm ever over this way! Amazing work!

Positives:
The A/C I’m the lobby was broken. According to the staff it had been broken for over a week. The gym was a joke. The treadmill was broken and had been electrical taped up like some science experiment. The elevator smelled of urine and the room had an odor as well.
Negatives:
They could tear the hotel down and start over in a better part of town.
