Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, breakfast every morning was great and it was quiet.
Negatives:
Housekeeping should replenish towels and empty garbage a little more often than they do. Apparently, they only clean after a guest has been there for 3 days. 3 days with those tiny garbage cans, garbage piles up quick. Other than that, everything was good. I would stay again.

When my granddaughter was getting my great granddaughter for her shower before bed, she walked into the bathroom and there was a bedbug in the shower. Desk clerk agreed that it was a bedbug!!

It’s conveniently located near restaurants and shops.
Negatives:
Door to room was ajar when we arrived. Gave unsafe vibes.
Mattress pads were ripped on the sides. Mattress was 7/10 clean looking. Pillow was filthy!
Heater/AC sounded like a train kept me from being able to sleep well. I have a video of this taken at four am because I couldn’t sleep.
Water in shower barely came out of the shower faucet. It needed it’s diverted replaced.
Hot was cold, cold was hot.
Pool was disgusting. Smelled of mold and or mildew. Pool water was fairly warm but appeared dirty and as if a filter was not running. Water was clear-ish. Water irritated my sons skin and eyes.
Pool door didn’t latch so anyone, including small children could get in without a key card. That’s DANGEROUS. Overall not worth what we paid and had it not been so late we would have left and gone somewhere else. YUCK!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Clean room.
Negatives:
The coin op dryer doesn’t work well. I ran a load of laundry twice and it still came out damp. The pool was so cold that my daughters lips turned blue. My husband went down to breakfast at 8:45 and it had already ended. We were supposed to have until 9 am. As a family traveling cross country with a toddler, this was fairly annoying.

What a great place. Feels brand new. Common areas are open and inviting. Our room was huge, spotless and beds were wonderful. Large breakfast room for the large hot breakfast. Check in staff was amazing, speedy, and offered great dinner suggestions. One of the best hotel stays since covid
