We stayed 2 days in the honeymoon suite and it took till the 2nd night to get our water hot enough to take a Jacuzzi bath which was a bummer to say the least

Great location and our rooms were adjoining which allowed more family interactions. Got the last free breakfast that this location offers and it was good as usual.
Negatives:
Door knob on one of the bathroom doors was so loose it was almost falling apart. Not sure why this was not addressed during normal housekeeping and maintenance. Fortunately, I had the correct tool and was able to secure the knob. Also learned during check-in that this property no longer offers free breakfast. This has always been a great experience for us over the years. They have a restaurant vendor on property but the price is $13 adults and 10 for kids for a hot breakfast. If we continue staying here, we will look for other breakfast options.

Positives:
That is was close to Silver Dollar City which was why we chose it. Also close to a Dollar General to grab snacks and other needs. The bed was soft and comfortable. Staff was VERY friendly gave great directions on where to find the room.
Negatives:
There was a no smoking sign yet people were smoking weed my room smelled like it for about an hour and a half cause of smokers dragging chairs to the balcony which yes I heard each chair being dragged around. The towels were story and a bit scratchy. One towel I had was very dirty. Idk it wasn't worth $124 to me should have been a $70-$80 room with taxes. Room was a bit outdated. No continental breakfast which I swore I saw on boooking that they did.

Negatives:
They are charging now for a breakfast buffet that all of the other hotels give free. Actually their buffet looked awful. The family that bought it has not only let the place go, but trying to make their money back as fast as they can. Sad.
