Negatives: Broken hot tub

Negatives: The hotel is rundown and in great need of refurbishing. The carpeting, for example, is all but threadbare in some areas. The mattresses were rather lumpy and uncomfortable. There is now a charge for the breakfast buffet, which was supposed to be included. This would have been ok except that when we arrived to try it out, some of the offerings were sparse or dried-out looking. For example, there were only two biscuits in the tray for the biscuits and gravy, and there was only one, dried out half-portion of egg casserole left in the corner of its tray. If we had come in at the end of the breakfast hours, we might have understood this, but we arrived only an hour after they had opened. In fairness, there were other options to choose from, but we chose to eat elsewhere so I can't comment on the taste of the food. The hot tub was very hot but had only one weak stream of bubbles coming out from a single jet. We reported this, but the next day, it was still in the same condition.

Negatives: There is no free breakfast. They eliminated that and have opened a restaurant in house. All information on the web still indicates free breakfast including when you book. This was an unexpected cost. Pool facility is older, needs updating.

Negatives: We stayed 2 days in the honeymoon suite and it took till the 2nd night to get our water hot enough to take a Jacuzzi bath which was a bummer to say the least

Negatives: Door knob on one of the bathroom doors was so loose it was almost falling apart. Not sure why this was not addressed during normal housekeeping and maintenance. Fortunately, I had the correct tool and was able to secure the knob. Also learned during check-in that this property no longer offers free breakfast. This has always been a great experience for us over the years. They have a restaurant vendor on property but the price is $13 adults and 10 for kids for a hot breakfast. If we continue staying here, we will look for other breakfast options.

Negatives: There was a no smoking sign yet people were smoking weed my room smelled like it for about an hour and a half cause of smokers dragging chairs to the balcony which yes I heard each chair being dragged around. The towels were story and a bit scratchy. One towel I had was very dirty. Idk it wasn't worth $124 to me should have been a $70-$80 room with taxes. Room was a bit outdated. No continental breakfast which I swore I saw on boooking that they did.

Negatives: Little more out dated then the pictures shown.

Negatives: They are charging now for a breakfast buffet that all of the other hotels give free. Actually their buffet looked awful. The family that bought it has not only let the place go, but trying to make their money back as fast as they can. Sad.

Negatives: They lied about free breakfast. They make u play for. it the hotel is to far from every thing. The hotel is real tactie not clean enough.
