Negatives: 1st room the bathtub was full of water and had nasty furnace filters soaking. 2nd room smelled like 20 years of smoke was trying to be covered up with spray disinfectant . Carpet was damp-hoping from recent shampoo. so much street noise they gave ear plug

Positives: First-staff both at checking and check out were do friendly. Second location! We walked a block to the downtown area and had such a great time exploring. Bed is comfortable! Shower was great pressure. Abundant parking. We didn't eat the breakfast.
Negatives: Nothing. We will recommend this to family and friends. And, when we visit Branson we will stay here again.

Positives: We checked in on Veterans Day, when we got to our room there was a towel Swain on the bed holding a flag. Loved it!

Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: This hotel is filthy. Toilet not flushed, bugs in bed, very noisy patrons. Had to call the front desk twice to resolve the issue. Breakfast area was also filthy.
