They were very accommodating with what they could be accommodating with.

They didn't have anything I requested. Nobody could tell us anything about Branson. We were completely new to the area and was looking for some guidance. What we got was look it up on Google. I was looking more from the locals to add human guidance and not just a random list from Google. The parking area is moderate for the size of the resort and it's very hilly; meaning hard to find flat ground to park on (important for a wheelchair lift).

I really expected a microwave in the room for heating a cup of tea in the morning. They had the standard Keurig machine for coffee but not tea.
I was told I could get a microwave sent up for $20 yet, I expected it based on all other hotels having a refrigerator and microwave.
The view and room were stunning. The staff was very friendly.

No hot water one night no hot water the next day til noon. No body wash after asking 3 times got some the last night. Room was dusty. No water or coffee. They had chicory (gross) no tea no coffee in lobby had to pay $6 each cup for a 3 day stay. No fan in bathroom. When we went downstairs in person to ask for body wash the desk clerk said “I’ll have to send someone up to make sure it’s really empty” so insulting and rude. Calling us a lied basically. And he still didn’t send any. The blond lady working at the bar was nice but that’s all that was good about our entire trip. It was supposed to be to be a best friends getaway and we are both disappointed

Location was good. Breakfast was way too expensive.
Negatives:
Need to put microwaves in rooms. No daily cleaning service. They are still using the COVID pandemic excuse, I guess, as a way to excuse the lack of daily maid service and consequently saving a great deal by decreasing payroll numbers. That excuse has gotten very old, and is industry-wide crap! The "resort" fee in addition to already paying top dollar for the room is another example of crap junk fees that the Biden administration is trying to legislate safeguards against. Bottom line is that the number one thing this place cares about is their bottom-line. Also, the new parking charge further illustrates my point of their real focus - bilking vacationers as they try to enjoy vacation time!
