Positives: Great weekend price for the location. Professional and courteous staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Emelie, the manager on duty, was knowledgeable of her duties and the surrounding area. She was also extremely helpful, not only to myself, but to the employee she was helping train. This will be my go-to hotel for future stays in Branson.

Positives: The room was nice and clean. The breakfast is a nice amenity.
Negatives: We arrived a little early to the hotel. We checked to see if possible if we could check in. This was around 3:30. We were told the room was not ready yet and we were early. I completely understood that. I do feel the communication could be a little better and friendlier. We came back at 4 and I was told the room would not be ready for another half an hour. We didn't get checked in until 4:30 due to the room not being ready. After traveling, this was frustrating. Again the front desk staff could have been a little friendlier. The room we had was nice and clean but not very sound resistant. The people in the room above were quite noisy and didn't stop until very late the first night. The first night was a bit challenging.
