Positives:
The staff were friendly, but not knowledgeable. There was a fire alarm went off , and once every one made it to the lobby the staff never direct us to the safe nor never announced it was safe to go back to your room. Imagine waking up to fire with no direction just people panking. Then your made to pay for parking. Not an option & breakfast wasn’t included in your stay. Parking was 25 a day and valid was expecting a tip. Overall the hotel was clean.

The only frustration was that check in was supposed to start at 4. We arrived at 4:15 and were told the room was not ready. I was instructed that I would receive a phone call when it was ready. At 5:05 I was frustrated, so I went back up to the desk and get some answers. They fumbled around a bit at the front desk and finally found that the room was ready. We were in by 5:30.

Positives:
Pretty much everything. I was there for the cheer competition. Rooms were very spacious. And the convenience of staying the hotel that the cheer comp was also a big plus!
Negatives:
We did find dirty socks under one of the beds. That is probably the only thing that I can complain about. Everything else was good.
