Location and price.
Negatives:
No carpet any more. This is fine. But the floor probably needs to be mopped between bookings. I’m a barefoot person. I hate picking up sand and dirt that has to be brushed or scrubbed off before bed.

This was a one night...
Positives:
In a great position for access to all of Branson. Helpful and friendly staff, large spotless and comfortable room. Second stay here and will book again on our next visit. Our little Cbihuahua was made welcome too with no ridiculous charge as in a previous hotel.

No dislikes, great place for us.

Stayed in Branson many times,...
Positives:
Our little fur baby was aloud at the property. We really like that the property is pet friendly with no extra charge.
Negatives:
Not very much parking. Extremely tight parking in the back and hard to get out if you have a room in rhe back of the hotel.

It was in a good location. Not too far from any of the attractions but far enough from the crowds
Negatives:
My room smelled like wet dog. Was worried they had a dog in here before me. I’m allergic to animal dander. Next time I rent a room I’ll ask ahead if there were any animals in the room.
