The night of check in I called the hotel and spoke with the GM I informed her I was running behind that I wouldn't be in town until about 11:30 12:00 I got into town about 10:00 p.m. Friday night but I got there she came up front and told me I was early my room wasn't clean I reserved my room 72 hours in advance so I leave and I come back I get in the room about midnight it was still dirty there was hair all over the floor food particles coffee dumped all over the dresser it was so late I took a shower and went to sleep the next morning I called the hotel to ask if I could get a broom in there and she informed me that I could get the broom and do it myself this hotel used to be very nice and clean the general manager is a very sweet lady but it looks like she is the only one doing any work around there it needs a lot of cleaning trash everywhere outside. The dirty floor and the hair on the floor did it for me

The room itself was comfortable and pretty clean. The location is off the main street thru town so traffic is not a problem. Easy to get anywhere in town/entertainment district.
Negatives:
ALL common use areas were filthy! Trash built up, dirt, cobwebs, dust 'bunnies' everywhere, garbage cans overflowing. The dining area and food serving area, ESPECIALLY, were very dirty and didn't seem to have been cleaned in ages. The waffle maker, the microwave, the refrigerator, etc. were FILTHY! Could not eat the promised breakfast because it was just so unsanitary. The online brochure stated two pools, don't know where the second could have been hiding. The staff was friendly but did nothing to clean up the place, just a VERY DIRTY PLACE. There is no option to clean/tidy the room nor switch out towels, when we set the garbage outside of the door it just sat there for two days.
