Negatives:
I reserved for 2 nights. We did not stay at all. Mold in bathroom. Hotel in general smells. Sheets on bed had hair on them. Stains on pillow cases, sheets, and bedspread. No idea if it had been cleaned. Carpet was filthy. I told them and they moved us into another room. The second room had no working phone or TV and mold on floor boards. Cut up suitcase rack. I went up to check out. Owner said they just bought it. Which is fine but then I started reading reviews other people have left and 8 months ago reviewer's were told the same thing. Have not received my money back yet. Which they told booking. Com I would get full payment back. Left then spent 2 hours trying to find a room in Branson during the summer on a Friday night. Horrible!

The room was clean and smelled pleasant. Had items to make us feel at home.

The Bed was hard as a rock (very uncomfortable) there should have been at least two bath towels per person. There needed to be less furniture in the room it was over crowed for the size of the room.

Positives:
The person who checked me in was friendly in a real way instead of the fake customer service act most places offer. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had the TV channel I wanted to watch. There was an individual package of tissues in the bathroom instead of a box. I liked the soap. The entire room and hallway was very clean. I felt welcome there.
Negatives:
The volume button didn't work on my TV remote...that's the only thing I can come up with.
