After Tuesday, Oct 3rd, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The room wasnt cleaned every night. Pool was too full every night, too many adults with alcohol in the pool with kids. But our overall experience was amazing!!! Just need a broom for all the sand from the volleyball court
