Positives: I loved the omelets that the cooks prepared and also the fruit on the breakfast spread was very fresh.
Negatives: My room was cold and it didn't matter whether the thermostat was turned on heat, the carpet was sticky with holes and rips throughout and the room also had a strong musty body odor upon walking in. By the time I noticed the thermostat temp problem, it was too late to change rooms. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were nonchalant about my presence as a customer, especially the midnight shift. Overall, it was a decent visit but I'm not sure if I would come back because I've never in my life seen an Embassy Suite hotel with shabby run down rooms and non working heat until I visited this one

Positives: The bottles of water at the front desk. Bed was mostly comfortable.
Negatives: After leaving the hotel for the evening I texted the front desk to ask if my room had a microwave, they said it did, it however did not. So the groceries I bought while I was out went to waste. The bar was out of most drinks. The breakfast bar was having temperature issues. I ate pastries because I was concerned about temperature control and the line for the omelet station was too long. I was supposed to have a suite but I did not. Only the bedroom and bathroom and the bedroom was so small there was just enough room to walk around the bed.

Positives: The breakfast was great. The omelet station (and the guy working it) made for a really great touch. The pool was nice. The extras like happy hour and the bottles of water were a really great touch. The look of the lobby gave a feeling of grandeur and the ming suite room was a nice size.
Negatives: The housekeeping was not great. One day, our door was left open with the lock on the way of it closing while we were gone. The second day, no one ever came into our room. The beds and pillows were decent, but overall not incredibly comfortable.

Positives: The woman that checked me in was pleasant, but other than that, there is nothing to like about this property.
Negatives: The room was dirty! It had an old smell, maybe mildew. The pull out bed was HORRIBLE!!! It was stained & ripped up, my son woke up in so much pain as the springs were poking through the top of the mattress. I called the front desk to get sheets and cover for the bed and the lady told me if I wanted it I had to come get it myself!!! I was totally appalled as I thought that was what housekeeping was for!!! The staff that evening was not pleasant to other guest and had an I don’t care attitude. My children said the breakfast was nasty!! I was unable to move rooms as they were totally booked & all the surrounding hotels were booked! Thank God it was only for 1 night, but I’m definitely contacting their corporate for my money back!!!
