People was nice the workers were friendly but the room was cold no heat and no hot water and the sink handle came off had to sleep in my sister room and take a shower in my sister room

Kids running around the hall after midnight but other than that it's was ok

The only complaint is that the hotel is dated, didnt have a hot tub, and the heat didnt work well in room but is a great hotel

The towels in the room were dirty and it took about 30 minutes to get new towels. The toilet seat was old, worn and looked dirty. The room did not smell clean.
