there were roaches in my room and also in the microwave. when I contacted the hotel on Monday concerning a refund the lady that answered the phone was very rude, she hung up the telephone while I was in the middle of the conversation and she also refused to give me a refund. Not professional at all

Literally nothing. My car would have been more comfortable.

First room filthy and infested with roaches. Shattered mirror under bed and blood stains on mattress cover. New room was also filthy and damaged, bathroom doorknob non-functional. Employee asked me where my dog was and if I was traveling alone, creepy.

The one bright spot was the lady night clerk at the front desk. She was very cordial, and had an above and beyond mindset in helping the guests. The location was good from the standpoint that it is in a fairly centralized part of the city.

The part of town it was in left a bit to be desired. The inside door handle to my room door came off the very first time I opened it to exit the room. I reported it. It never got fixed the entire week. The initials towels in the restroom were filthy.

It was the worsts people are being sex trafficked up there

There was roaches crawling on the walls, cigarette burns in the bedding, holes in the walls, exposed wiring in the lights. It is a roach motel that I wouldnt recommend to anyone!

I HATED THIS PLACE SO MUCH , it was the DIRTIEST,NASTIEST HOTEL IVE EVEN BEEN AT!!! I took several pictures we couldnt even Sit on bed. I went to office for a return and no one EVER came to window so we just left!! it look like drug addicted and people selling drugs in hotel! HORRIBLE!!!!

Everything was horrible. Our very first room had MANY FLIES in it. I killed like 11 myself. My girlfriend killed 2. Then she hopped in the shower and the SHOWER KNOB did NOT work. So we switched rooms. (Like 5 times.) The very next room SMELLED REALLY BAD

The ac sounded like a leaf blower everytime it kicked on. The tv was messed up. No remote. Broken landline phone in the night stand, peanut shells in the dresser. Black mold on the bathroom wall. You had to raise the toilet seat to shut the bathroom door. One towel in the bathroom. ONE pillow per queen bed, no real comforters, AND, WORST of all I believe I got bit by fleas! I stripped the bed and didn't see any bed bugs, but woke up with bites!

Smelled mold and throat started swellling shut. Girlfriend found black mold all over shower curtain. She cleaned the tub and floor with bleach and asked staff for new curtain. They refused but offered another room. We gathered our stuff for another room and then the returned to tell us that they all had mold so they would refund. It was too late to book anywhere else. We slept in car. Very horrible edxperience.
