Positives: The gentleman who was at check in (about 6 pm of an evening) was absolutely wonderful! He was very kind and helpful. The Room was very clean, the shower had plenty of hot water. It was a great room/experience.

Negatives: No Fridge or Microwave to Heat Food or Keep food Cold. The shower only had Warm Water, I couldnt take a hot shower in the morning. The TV wasnt working for sometime.

Positives: Nothing

Negatives: The room was super dirty. There was trash and a dirty washcloth by the door on the floor inside the room, the floor was not vacuumed, there was mold growing on the carpet behind the bedside tables. It was disgusting. I am really disappointed.
