Located in historic Charleston, Missouri, the Quality Inn Charleston I-57 is located directly off Interstate 57 and is easily accessible to Interstate 55, Interstate 24, Highway 60 and Highway 62. Positives: Location -that was the only thing. But, will not stay at the place again.

Negatives: Checkup-person could not get it done so I had to wait for manager to do -which it took about 30 mins. For him to arrive! The housekeeping of the room was BAD-floors dirty, even the ice bucket was gross on the inside so we did not use! Coffee pot was missing. Cups had been torn open and out back on tray. If we had not already booked for 2 nights we would have left after the 1st night!! The swimming pool had not been opened and the area around it was nasty! Did not even get to have use of the pool!! This hotel should not be on Booking.com. The worst place I have ever stayed. A very unpleasant weekend vacation time!!

Positives: it was secluded and we werent around a bunch of noise, the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean

Negatives: the air conditioner in our room sounded like a lawn mower and made it kind of hard to sleep especially with our 8 month old.
