Location is right off of 57. Waffle and Pancake House restaurant is walking or short drive and is excellent breakfast

We skipped the breakfast, but I will say that the clerk on duty when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. It was a clean bed after a too long of day on the road.

The rooms were shabby (wallpaper peeling). In our first room the toilet was clogged (the clerk put us in a different room).

TV had only 5 or 6 channels, all HBO and blood stained and yellowed sheets were disgusting and sofa looked just nasty.

Bed sheets had stains, shampoo bottles were used prior to our stay. Had bugs around cap on counter. Washcloth was on the floor and shower rod was not secure. Spiderweb. We did not stay the second night.
