I had issues with My cards being frozen for Fraud detection and it was Martin Luther King Weekend..so banks were closed on Monday. At the same time it was snowing bad. The Hilton Garden Inn, Specifically Ken, who works overnights went above & beyond as I have been staying here for the last 26 days for work purposes. I really appreciate all that Ken, and the staff who I have gotten to know..took such good care of Me. I w/ recommend this specific hotel, & I do, to everyone.

Room 227 refrigerator was broken and had some mold. Spider webs in the corner that I had to get down or I couldn't have slept there. AC in lobby/bar was apparently broken according to staff and I was sweating while waiting on my food (thermostat said 84).
