Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield

Positives: The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. Their professional attire, constant smiles at the front desk, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay memorable. We are grateful for their service. Todd Brasken was a staff member who made our stay extra special. He was very fast and efficient in cleaning and preparing tables at breakfast, took time to talk to us and recommended attractions to see during our visit in St. Louis, and he was always ready to bring a highchair to our table for our baby to sit in. The highchairs were easy to use, and my son had no complaints about sitting in them, unlike in other public facilities. I liked the location of this hotel. Though a little way out from downtown St. Louis, it was in a safe and clean area and provided easy access to the city through I-65. Driving and traffic were consistently much better than Route 40 (the other main road into St. Louis). The rooms were spacious. I loved that we had a sofa! Wifi was fast and worked great. The lobby has great bakery treats on sale all day long. There is always something sweet to eat, no matter the time of day. Breakfast was one of the best meals we have had at American hotels. They offer a little bit of everything. We enjoyed self-serve yogurt parfaits every morning. I plan to stay here again when we come back to St. Louis
