Negatives: THE VIOLATIONS OF MISSOURI STATE LAW (RSMO 12 C.S.R. 10-110.220) PERMANENT RESIDENTS AT HOTELS/MOTELS ARE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF ALL STATE/LOCAL TAXES AND NOT BE CHARGED ANY MORE AFTER A 30 NIGHT STAY, THE MANAGER DALAL ALI SMREEN AND ASSISTANT HEATHER FORCES GUEST OUT WHO ASK CONCERNING THEIR STATE AND LOCAL TAXES TO BE RETURNED, THE LAW IS THE LAW THEY HAVE TO RETURN THE TAXES, IF SHE IS NOT GIVEN THE TAXES BACK TO GUEST MEANS SHE THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANTS ARE STEALING GUEST HARD EARNED MONEY, GUEST ARE UPSET TALKING ABOUT VIOLENCE UPON THE PROPERTY AND STAFF, I'VE TRYED TO DEFUSE THE ACTIONS BUT I CAN'T CONTROL IT.

Positives: Nothing. It was pretty terrible all over.
Negatives: Staff, cleanliness, breakfast. The site does not list that all of their king loft suits are upstairs. When I told the front desk worker that I had a kiddo in a wheelchair (who is 14 and 70lbs) his response was, “All of the king suits are upstairs, it’s only one flight of stairs.” (I was honestly to flabbergasted and exhausted to respond). Thankfully I’m in mostly good health and had the strength to carry our kiddo upstairs and we just had to go without his wheelchair for the night. We made do because we didn’t have the energy after driving for two days with 5 kids to find something else. The room itself was filthy. Dust caked to the ceiling and walls where fans and vents were. The carpet was wet in areas and felt sticky. There was broken glass on the carpet that was discovered when my 8 year old got a piece stuck in his foot then I fount 2 more pieces during our stay. Because of the glass and the condition of the carpet we just kept our shoes on for our stay aside from sleeping. We waited for the breakfast buffet to open at 6:30 before we got back on the road and the food was cold even though it had just been put out. The eggs were sitting in a puddle of water. They did have a cool machine that makes pancakes but the toppings were all stale and had no utensils to grab them with so who knows how many hands had touched everything and after seeing the condition of everything else who knows how often the pancake machine is cleaned. When we arrived their card machine was down and the guy wrote down my card number to process the payment when the system went back up which was super suspicious and I turned my card off until the next morning so I could talk to someone else. If I wouldn’t have done that they would have put a $250 hold on my card on top of what the room cost which is insane to me, any other hotel we stayed at charged $35-$50 for a deposit. They conveniently don’t have that listed anywhere either.

Negatives: The deceptive business practices; not informing Guests/Clients of MISSOURI STATE LEGAL LAW HOTELS & MOTELS [12 C.S.R. 10-110,220] for long term stays., after 31 and 32 nights on property ALL STATE&LOCAL COUNTY TAXES ARE TO BE RETURNED TO GUESTS/CLIENTS, but Ms. Heather and Manager Ms. Dalal Ali are keeping the Guests/Clients TAXES for the own personal use, in violation of Missouri State LEGAL LAW., I've spoke concerning it and was told manipulative information of the franchise policy.

Positives: The value for the size of the room was great. Three full beds, two baths, and the kitchen was well worth the cost.
Negatives: On one of our two days the breakfast was TERRIBLE. most of the hot trays were empty, & the host was slowly & grumpily replacing a few things here & there. When she did bring eggs out, they were partially ICE COLD. People live here, and some seem sketchy.
