My first room, the tub was dirty and the door did not lock. You could just push the door open. I told the male staff at the desk and he said he would tell maintenance in the morning, but the door swells so just tug on the door. I shouldnt have to do that as a customer. The female attendant decided to place me and my mom in a different room. We get to the new room. The bathroom toilet seat had prints on it like someone had been sitting on it. The tissue was used also. I cleaned the whole bathroom with bleach. And black hair strands were EVERYWHERE. Fridge, Bed, Floor, bathroom, Sink, Carpet, bathroom toilet, blankets. It was disgusting! The female desk attendant came to clean. We were only staying one night. I will never stay here again. The next morning the linen attendant came in the room without verifying that we were gone first. Just knocked and walked in. Didnt give us time to respond. It was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had and Im a travel nurse. Ive been to multiple hotels but nothing like this. Never again!

Great place overall. Ill use it in the future for family and friends from out of town!

Loved the size of the whirlpool tub,the comfort of the bed and the never ending hot water. I was nervous filling the tub but the heat didnt lower at all. The tv was decent as well. Just having the volume on 6 filled the room.
Negatives:
They had an issue with the fire alarm going on and off. It was very distracting while i was reading when there was no emergency. The size of the room was no bigger than a cheap motel. The heat in the room didnt work so it stayed at 60 even when it was set to 70. For 335 bucks for 2 nights, the room just didnt feel worth it.
