Positives: The location is great. The lobby and environment is pleasant.
Negatives: The whole property needs a refresh, but it wasn't bad at all. We had our door break and the staff was quick and friendly about getting us a new room. Little things need to be addressed like stretching the rugs to fit better, we has a big wave in our room.

Negatives: Could have done better on vacuuming the edges of the room. Behind bathroom door had thick dust along the floor. There were a few crumbs on the carpet too.

Positives: I liked the newer laminate flooring in the sleeping rooms. I am tired of the old stain carpets you find in hotels. This has upgraded to clean fresh laminate flooring! The staff wass all amazing, polite and accomodating!
