Negatives: Dig in next room barking. Bathroom needs to be upgraded

Negatives: IDisgusting and dirty. Room was filthy, hair inside and outside tub and toilet cigarette butts on the floor dirty linens bathroom sink no running water someones clothes in a drawer worst stay ever

Negatives: Room was absolutely disgusting. Room smelt like bad sweat! The beds were suppose to be queens and they were fulls, they had cigarette burns on the bed sheets and blankets, the bed smelt like someone had been sweating in them for days. The tables had stuff spilt all over them. The shower had cigarette burns all over the tub, and the towels smelt like they were used and folded up and put back. I talked to the front desk, a manager was suppose to call me at 7 am, didn’t hear from her, I called back around 9, she was not there, she was suppose to call me back again, never heard from her. I called back later this afternoon. The front desk said she wasnt there as I could hear her in the background saying “I’m not here, I don’t want to talk to him” extremely disappointed with this staff and facility. The whole building was trashed!

Negatives: A dog barked for two nights straight. It even barked as I passed the closed door room heading to the elevator. The dog had to be left alone for days. Worst nights sleep ever! Pet friendly doesn't mean leaving pets alone . I DID REPORT IT AFTER SECOND NIGHT!

Negatives: Dirty floors and walls. Holes in wall in room. TV stand broken, but repair guy replaced it with a better stand. It was still a little wobbly, but better than the prior one. Dark in the lobby. Bathroom was very small. Not enough tissue in the bathroom upon arrival. This place needs a renovation!

Negatives: The hotel was old and broken down.

Negatives: The facilities are fairly tired and run down. The outside is not very inviting and the whole place is in need of an update. For $145 a night, I expected a little more. The beds were not uncomfortable but the mattresses were obviously pretty old. At check-in we weren't offered any info about breakfast or coffee. We would definitely have grabbed something since we were headed to my son's early morning college graduation and it would be several hours before we had the chance to eat. Not the worst in Columbia, but would only stay here if it was a good deal.

Negatives: Very dirty and outdated. Little black hairs in sink and on toilet. Stains on bedding. Lobby carpet dirty, hallways in need of repair. Rough shape.

Negatives: I had to ask for blankets for the beds they were not made up, was still doing laundry. Staff was very friendly and letting me know when they was ready they would bring them to the room.
