Positives: Each of the front desk & food service staff had positive attitudes, were pleasant, helpful, friendly, & polite. A variety of delicious hot food for supper & breakfast. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Positives: Great experience. I appreciated the parking garage, the better breakfast that they were doing (better than most other hotels during COVID-19, but still safe), and they printed my documents for me and had them ready for checkout. All the stars.
Negatives: Nope. Maybe a little farther from downtown St. Louis than most people would like (about 18-20 minutes), but I was looking for that.

Positives: I loved the breakfast and happy hour. At other Drury's, the happy hour was just snack type food, but this time it was served cafeteria style and was a complete meal. The food alone made the hotel worth it, saved us easily a few hundred dollars!
Negatives: There was a VERY LOUD family in the pool area when we were there. I didn't complain so not the hotel's fault.
