I wasn’t able to check into my room upon arrival which caused me to miss the event I was trying to attend that night. The front desk was a new guy so he didn’t have manager numbers to check people in. He had to wait until management contacted him with temp numbers to log in. Lots of broken glass outside from vehicles.

I like the design of the room. It is a clever idea to put the two queen bed facing the TV in a creative way. I like it has some area to move around. I like that the writing table can be moved around to my liking. I like the tub and sink material which makes it look clean. I like the front desk staff who is trying to do a lot of things at once but maintaining respectful communication with guests. I asked for some extra stuff and she managed to get them ready. I like the housekeeping staff who patiently waited for us to check out.

Our room had already been opened before we checked in. I did not ask the front desk but I guessed they have just made the room ready for us. It was not a big deal but I just wanted to point this out. The pillows were small and thin. I have asked for extra pillows. The sign to enter the hotel was covered by a tree.

The pictures of the property was nothing like it looked in real life. We had blood stains on our sheets. So I had to get more sheets. The mattress pad and bed protector had urine stains on them. A black sock was left under the bed…. just a terrible stay.

I SUGGEST THE HOUSEKEEPERS DO...
Positives:
I've never been to extended stay America before til now. We spent 5 weeks there until our new home was ready but I did not know there was no swimming pool or room service at these types of hotels. Breakfast was just packaged muffins or granola bar and a coffee machine all sitting on a counter and suites are a little small. But the staff was nice and they kept their location clean and tidy
